Returns & Exchange Policy (30 Days)

At Eolante Dreams, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every personalized piece we create. Each item is made with care, inspected by our quality team, and securely packaged before shipping. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our
best to make it right.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if any of the following apply:

  • You received the wrong item or order.
  • Your item arrived damaged.
  • The personalized details differ from what you provided.
  • The product is defective in quality.

Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can assist promptly.

  1. Email our support team at info@eolante.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.
  3. Once approved, refunds or replacements are typically processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

Because each item is made to order, we begin crafting soon after an order is placed.

  • Cancellations or changes requested after production has started will incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

For the protection of our artisans and to ensure fairness, the following cases are not covered under our return policy:

  • Items damaged by exposure to chemicals, liquids, or polishing agents (e.g., silver polish, pool water, perfumes).
  • Normal oxidation or tarnish over time — this can be gently cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or poor maintenance.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or no longer needed).

  1. Contact info@eolante.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Once the item is received, a 50% refund of the product price will be issued (the remaining 50% covers crafting and personalization).
  • For quality-related issues, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time your package is received for your return to be inspected and processed. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-quality returns.

Eolante Dreams reserves the right to update or adjust this policy as needed to reflect improvements in our customer experience. Any changes will be published on this page.
