Each Eolante piece is made to order and carefully personalized using a combination of artisan craftsmanship and modern precision techniques. Our team ensures that every detail — from engraving to finishing — is handled with care to create a piece that feels uniquely yours.

How long does it take to make my Product?

Our artisans typically need 3–7 business days to personalize, assemble, and carefully package your item before it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

If production hasn’t started yet; we can usually make small changes. Once crafting has begun, a 50% restocking fee applies to cancellations or major modifications, since each piece is created specifically for you.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We proudly ship to most countries across the world. Delivery times vary based on your region and the shipping option you select.

How long does shipping take?

Approximate delivery times are:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–11 business days
  • Europe: 6–14 business days
  • Canada / Australia: 5–12 business days
  • Other regions: 7–20 business days.  These estimates do not include production time.
How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel’s progress in real time.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?


Delays are rare, but they can happen due to customs or courier issues. Simply contact us at info@eolante.com, and we’ll assist you right away.

What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery if it arrived damaged, defective, or with incorrect personalization details.

How do I request a return?

Can I return a personalized item?

Yes — but if production has already started, a 50% crafting fee applies, as each piece is made uniquely for you.

Who pays for return shipping?

If there’s a quality or production issue, we cover the return shipping cost. For non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return postage.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

How should I clean my Eolante jewelry?

Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth or brush to gently clean your jewelry. Avoid harsh chemicals, polishing dips, or ultrasonic cleaners. For pearls and delicate stones, wipe with a soft, damp cloth only.

Can I wear my jewelry while swimming or showering?

We recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or exercising, as water, chlorine, and sweat can damage finishes and gemstones.

How should I store my jewelry?

Store each piece in a soft pouch or airtight jewelry box, away from humidity and sunlight. Keeping items separate prevents scratches and tangles.

My jewelry has tarnished slightly — what should I do?

This is natural for metals like silver. Gently polish it with a non-abrasive jewelry cloth to restore its shine and brilliance.

Can I include a gift message or special packaging?

Yes — you can make your order extra special with our gift options. When checking out, you can add a personalized gift card (available for a small additional cost) and choose from our selection of premium gift boxes, which can be purchased separately. Each Eolante piece is still beautifully presented, but these extras allow you to create a truly memorable unboxing experience.

Do you offer gift cards?

For the most beautiful result, choose a photo that feels alive — clear, well-lit, and in focus. Natural daylight works wonders. Avoid filters, shadows, or dark backgrounds that hide important details. Our designers can adjust small imperfections, but the sharper the image, the more emotion your final piece will capture. Supported formats: JPG or PNG.

Can I see what my product will look like before it’s made?

Each Eolante piece is crafted individually, so we don’t generate digital previews before production. That said, if our team believes your photo needs adjustment or doesn’t fit the layout well, we’ll reach out before engraving to confirm changes with you.

Will you retouch or crop my photo?

Yes — our team ensures your image is framed perfectly for the chosen design. We remove distractions and align the subject for a balanced look. If you’d like us to include or exclude something (like a background, accessory, or collar), simply leave a note at checkout — we’ll tailor it for you.

What if I upload the wrong photo or want to replace it?

If production hasn’t started yet, you can email the new image to info@eolante.com and we’ll update it for you. Once engraving or printing begins, however, the process can’t be reversed — so please double-check before submitting

What happens if my photo is low quality?

Don’t worry — our quality team checks every image before production. If we see that the photo may not produce a clear result, we’ll email you right away to suggest alternatives or confirm how you’d like to proceed.

I’m not sure if my photo will work. Can you help before I order?

Of course. You can send your photo to info@eolante.com along with the product name. We’ll review it and let you know whether it’s ideal for personalization — or guide you toward small adjustments that will help your keepsake look perfect.

We constantly update our website to make personalization as smooth as possible. If you notice that a dropdown, engraving field, or photo-upload option isn’t working correctly — or if something doesn’t make sense — please don’t worry. Simply send us the product link and describe what isn’t working by emailing our support team at info@eolante.com. Our team will review it right away and fix it together with you, ensuring your personalized order is completed exactly as you envisioned.
