These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eolante Dreams website (“Website”) and your purchases of products offered by ADND Nexus SRL (“Eolante,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Ordering and Payment
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (billing, shipping, and contact details) is accurate and complete.
  • All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Eolante Dreams operates from Belgium, but all billing and payment processing are conducted in USD for the convenience of international customers.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways.
  • Eolante Dreams reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues.
  • Ownership of goods passes to the customer only once full payment is received.
  • Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery by the courier to the address provided.
  • Taxes, Duties, and Fiscal Responsibility
  • For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices shown at checkout do not include any import duties, sales taxes, or customs fees.
  • Eolante Dreams does not collect or remit taxes, tariffs, or duties in jurisdictions outside Belgium.
  • The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, local taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country or region.
  • Eolante Dreams shall not be held liable for delays, penalties, or charges arising from customs inspections, taxation, or import regulations outside the European Union.
  • Production and Personalization
  • Many Eolante products are made-to-order or personalised. Production begins shortly after order confirmation.
  • Once personalization or production has started, cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Some Eolante products are produced or personalized through trusted international partners who meet our quality and ethical standards. While all designs, personalization, and quality controls are managed by Eolante, certain stages of manufacturing or fulfillment may be carried out by carefully selected third-party
    workshops or logistics providers.
  • Eolante ensures that each partner operates under appropriate quality and safety standards. However, minor variations in engraving, materials, or packaging may occur due to artisanal or regional production differences.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (text, image, or engraving instructions).
  • By uploading a photo, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to use it and authorize Eolante to use it solely for producing your personalized item
  • Shipping and Delivery
  • Delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates only. Eolante cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • In some cases, Eolante may engage third-party logistics partners to handle packaging, warehousing, or delivery directly to customers.
  • Once an order has been transferred to a courier, Eolante’s liability is limited to ensuring that the package is handed to a reputable shipping service with tracking.
  • Eolante is not responsible for customs delays, courier issues, or events beyond its control.
  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
  • Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Personalised or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • For non-quality returns (change of mind, wrong size), a 50% refund applies after inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
  • Inspection and Acceptance

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, defect, or issue must be reported within five (5) business days.
Beyond this period, Eolante cannot accept claims for minor variations consistent with handcrafted or small-batch production

  • Photo Upload Disclaimer

By submitting an image, you grant Eolante a limited, non-transferable license to use it solely for production. We may crop or optimize your image to fit design requirements and reserve the right to refuse any image that violates intellectual property or decency standards. Eolante will not reuse or distribute uploaded images for any other purpose.

  • Product Care and Warranty

Jewelry care instructions are provided on the Caring for Your Eolante Jewelry page. Normal wear, oxidation, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
Silver and other metals naturally oxidize over time; this is not a defect. If a product is faulty due to manufacturing error, please contact info@eolante.com within 30
days of delivery

  • Children’s Safety and Use of Jewelry
  • Products are not intended for children under three (3) years of age.
  • Children over three may only handle or wear jewelry under constant adult supervision.
  • Jewelry must be removed during sleep, bathing, swimming, or unsupervised activity.
  • Inspect items before each use and discontinue use if any part becomes loose, sharp, or damaged.
  • Eolante Dreams shall not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from unsupervised use or misuse.
  • By purchasing or permitting a child to wear Eolante jewelry, the purchaser accepts full responsibility for safe use and supervision
  • Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including images, product designs, and text, is the property of ADND Nexus SRL or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written consent. Personalized products do not transfer ownership of intellectual property from Eolante to the purchaser.
  • User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, testimonials, or photos, you grant Eolante a non-exclusive, royalty- free license to use such content for promotional purposes
  • Disclaimers and Force Majeure
Eolante Dreams is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, material shortages, or transportation issues. The Website and all products are provided “as is.” Eolante makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy of product information. Minor variations in color, finish, or engraving are considered normal and not defects
  • Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eolante Dreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question. Eolante shall not be responsible for damages arising from the actions, omissions, or delays of third-party manufacturers, engravers, or couriers.
  • Misuse, Fraud, and Right to Refuse Service
Any fraudulent use of payment methods or abuse of refund processes will be reported to the relevant authorities. Eolante Dreams reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • Promotions and Coupon Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and may expire without notice. They cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to past orders.
  • Website Use and Security
Eolante Dreams takes reasonable precautions to maintain a secure website but cannot guarantee it is free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. Users are responsible for maintaining antivirus protection on their own devices.
  • Independent Contractors
Third-party manufacturers, engravers, or logistics partners engaged by Eolante Dreams operate as independent contractors. Eolante Dreams is not liable for their actions, delays, or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Privacy Policy
At Eolante Dreams, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on the Website, you acknowledge that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that you have reviewed and accepted all product details before confirming the order.
  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. In case of translation inconsistencies, the English version prevails. The laws of any other jurisdiction, including those of the United States, shall not apply to transactions with Eolante Dreams

  • Severability and Contact
If any clause of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
